Congratulations to Ky Reed, who has officially qualified for the Junior World Team and will represent Team USA at the 2026 World Skate Speed Skating World Championships in Asunción, Paraguay.
At just 14 years old, Ky earned her place on Team USA at the Outdoor National Championships in Miami, Florida. A sprint specialist, she finished second in both the 200-meter track time trial and the 100-meter road sprint, earning the results she needed to secure her Junior World Team position.
The World Championships take place October 10–18, 2026, and Ky will soon be heading to Paraguay to represent Team USA on the world stage.
