Where do I find my membership?
- Log into your account
- Click the “Subscriptions” tab
- Select your membership
From there, you’ll see everything related to your plan.
Please Note: Family Skate and Flow Motion memberships are not handled by, or part of, Skate City Sports. Please manage those memberships at SkateCityRollerRinks.com
How do I access my account?
You can access your account at any time to manage your membership.
- Click “Account” in the website menu
- Or use the “Manage your subscription” link in your email
- Enter your email → receive a 6-digit code → log in instantly
- No password required
What can I manage in my account?
Once logged in, you can:
- View your active membership(s)
- Skip upcoming billing cycles
- Pause or resume your membership
- Cancel anytime
- Update payment methods
- Update your address (if applicable)
- View past orders and billing history
How do I cancel my membership?
Canceling ends billing immediately.
- Go to Subscriptions
- Select your membership
- Click “Cancel subscription”
- Confirm
⚠️ Cancellation is permanent. If you plan to return, we recommend pausing instead.
How do I change memberships?
To change memberships, you will need to cancel your active membership and purchase the one you would like to transfer to.
How do I request a refund?
Because memberships provide immediate access to programs and benefits, refunds are not standard.
If extenuating circumstances come up, we’re happy to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
What if I can't find my membership?
Memberships are linked to the email used at signup.
- Try another email you may have used
- Search your inbox for the email you received when you signed up
If you still can’t find it, reach out with your name and email and we’ll help locate your account.
