Elite Leadership
Elite facilities demand elite leadership. At Pepsi Roller Sports Arena, athletes train under the guidance of Luis De Mattia and CJ Yoder—two of the most respected names in roller sports. De Mattia’s legacy includes 19 world championships in artistic skating, while Yoder is known as the Wayne Gretzky of inline hockey and has a staggering 26 major championship titles. Their presence elevates the arena into a true training ground for roller sport champions.
Luis De Mattia
Acclaimed artistic roller skating coach and world champion with over two decades of experience in competitive and instructional skating. Luis has coached elite-level skaters and national teams across South America and Europe, with a focus on compulsory figures and technical artistry.
Luis earned numerous international accolades, including two World Championships in the Senior category of compulsory figures (2014, 2015), multiple gold medals at the German and Italian Cups, and nine South American Championship titles. His deep understanding of artistic technique is combined with a competitive career that spanned the globe - and he could be your coach.
CJ Yoder
Beyond competing, CJ brings extensive coaching, recruiting, and officiating experience at every level of the game. As a USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach with over 25 major championship titles across NARCh, TORHS, and State Wars, he has shaped and developed athletes nationwide. In 2020, his impact on the sport was recognized with his induction into the Roller Hockey Hall of Fame.
At the Pepsi Roller Sports Arena, CJ brings unmatched knowledge, leadership, and vision to the Inline Hockey program, inspiring athletes to push the limits and elevate their game.
