Cancellation policy
Some items at Skate City Sports are offered as a subscription or membership purchase option. This policy explains how these purchases can be changed or canceled.
Subscriptions
When a customer purchases a subscription, the customer is signing up for repeat purchases, deliveries, access, membership benefits, or recurring billing based on the subscription duration and frequency selected at checkout.
Payment details are stored securely, and the customer is charged according to the billing schedule shown at checkout unless the customer chooses to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription term. Customers who do not want a subscription to renew are responsible for canceling the subscription before the next billing date.
Canceling or Changing a Subscription
Customers can cancel, pause, skip, or change a subscription when those options are available for the subscription type.
Subscriptions can be managed through the links provided in order confirmation emails or by logging into the customer account associated with the subscription purchase.

Customers who need assistance managing a subscription should use the chat feature on SkateCitySports.com while logged into the account in question. This allows Skate City Sports to verify the correct account, review the subscription details, and provide assistance more quickly.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for managing their own subscriptions and recurring purchase options.
This includes canceling, pausing, skipping, or changing a subscription before the next renewal is processed. Customers are also responsible for keeping payment information, shipping address, billing address, email address, and account information accurate and up to date.
Once a recurring charge has been processed, canceling, pausing, skipping, or changing the subscription applies to future billing cycles only. It does not automatically cancel, stop, or refund an order that has already been billed, processed, fulfilled, shipped, accessed, or used.
Skate City Sports is not responsible for unwanted renewals, missed cancellation deadlines, missed notices, failed payments, shipping issues, or account access problems caused by a customer’s failure to manage the subscription or keep account information current.
