Customers have the ability to manage billing, cancel, update, or start memberships with the correct information.
To correct a membership or transfer to a different sport, the customer needs to cancel their existing one and sign up for a new membership on the billing date of their choice.
Have customers use the chat feature on the website that goes directly to me - it isn't a bot or AI.
The scan log records the information needed to move forward on the backend.
